Job Description

Support HR Help Center operations by managing associate inquiries, resolving Tier 1 cases, and coordinating Tier 2 escalations within agreed timelines.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Process associate concerns and inquiries via HRIS Tool, HR Case Ticketing Tool, and Telephone Platform.
  • Handle and resolve Tier 1 cases within agreed timelines for HR Help Center core tasks following approved Local Work Instructions and Process Standards.
  • Coordinate and assign Tier 2 cases to appropriate HR functions and ensure resolution within agreed timelines.
  • May be assigned or rotated across related sub-functions within the Help Center.
  • Provide logistics and administrative assistance for department or organization-wide programs and events.
  • Discuss personal development plans with line manager and provide progressupdates periodically for each performance review cycle.
