Outpace Consulting Services is seeking an HR Helpdesk Specialist for a leading ITES company. This role is responsible for handling HR queries from employees, managers, and vendors, primarily through international voice support. You will manage inquiries related to HR systems, payroll, and policies, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and data privacy standards. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills to deliver high-quality HR support.
