We’re looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team. You’ll be the trusted guide for our customers - helping them unlock the full potential of Ciphr’s HR platform. You’ll deliver expert advice, configure solutions to fit each organisation, and make sure every implementation is a success from day one.

What you’ll own and deliver

• Provide customers with expert guidance and support to implement and configure Ciphr products to meet their unique requirements.
• Consult and advise on system configuration and best use of Ciphr products and processes, ensuring every system is optimised for success.
• Produce clear implementation specifications and reports.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver projects on time and on budget.
