Job Description

The HR Intern will support the daily operations of the People & Culture department. You will play a key role in the Employee Life Cycle, from assisting with recruitment and onboarding to coordinating staff engagement activities. Your goal is to help create a positive work environment where colleagues feel supported to provide True Hospitality to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Assist in posting job openings on internal and external platforms 
  • Screen resumes against job requirements and assist in scheduling interviews for hiring managers.
  • Help maintain the candidate database and ensure every applicant receives a professional response.

2. Onboarding & Training

  • Support coordinating the onobarding for new hires, ensuring all paperwork and uniforms are ready.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and tracking completion of mandatory IHG e-learning modules.
