Job Description
Role:
Support the Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordination. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real hiring processes in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidate profiles
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Maintain candidate data and hiring trackers
- Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives
Requirements:
- Graduate / final-year student (HR, Psychology, or related fields preferred)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn and take ownership
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
