Job Description

Role:

Support the Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordination. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real hiring processes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidate profiles
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
  • Maintain candidate data and hiring trackers
  • Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives

Requirements:

  • Graduate / final-year student (HR, Psychology, or related fields preferred)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Willingness to learn and take ownership
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
