Your Role: HR Intern – Hiring
As an HR Intern, you will support the Talent Acquisition team across sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding activities, while gaining exposure to structured recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment dashboards
Support offer roll outs, documentation, and onboarding co-ordination
Assist in drafting job descriptions and recruitment communications
Follow up with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience
Support HR team with recruitment reporting and process improvements
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities , including team initiatives, celebrations, onboarding engagement, and internal communication activities to enhance employee experience.
Requirements
Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to understand job requirements and screen candidate profiles accordingly
Comfortable with LinkedIn, job portals, and basic sourcing techniques
Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets for maintaining recruitment trackers
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team
Willingness to support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
