Your Role: HR Intern – Hiring

As an HR Intern, you will support the Talent Acquisition team across sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding activities, while gaining exposure to structured recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases

  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

  • Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment dashboards

  • Support offer roll outs, documentation, and onboarding co-ordination

  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and recruitment communications

  • Follow up with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience

  • Support HR team with recruitment reporting and process improvements

  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, including team initiatives, celebrations, onboarding engagement, and internal communication activities to enhance employee experience.


Requirements


  • Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to understand job requirements and screen candidate profiles accordingly

  • Comfortable with LinkedIn, job portals, and basic sourcing techniques

  • Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets for maintaining recruitment trackers

  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team

  • Willingness to support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
