Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment and sourcing of applicants
Support onboarding and pre-employment requirements
Help maintain employee records and HR files
Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with applicants
Provide administrative support to the HR team
Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Currently taking up a degree in Human Resources or Psychology.
Willing to learn and highly organized
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Can work well in a team and handle confidential information
