Job Description
Provide administrative and operational support to the HR Team with end-to-end ownership of HR activities. Help in activities in areas like our culture, processes, and tools across onboarding, offboarding, reporting, and administration. Responsibilities: Support HR programs and initiatives; ensure smooth execution and adoption. Support HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, data/reporting, and HR administration. Address people matters; develop deep business understanding. Assist on Talent Acquisition: sourcing, screening, scheduling to secure top regional candidates. Support Talent Management: development plans and follow-up with HR Team. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree recently completed or in final 6 months in HR with relevant responsibilities. Strong interpersonal skills; able to handle sensitive/confidential information. Excellent verbal and written communication; fluent in English. Proficient in MS Office. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
