Job Description

We're urgently looking for the Remote Unpaid HR Intern (Recruitment) for the 2 months of duration. The candidates are expected to perform the following things:


Work Mode: Virtual/Remote

Position: HR Intern

Stipend: Unpaid (Paid can be from incentives)

Working Days: 5


Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment such as screening CVs from the job portals, social media and other sources with virtual conducting interviews.
  • Getting engaged in both IT & Non-IT recruitment.
  • Understanding hiring requirements, ready with the best strategies to close the prioritized positions at the earliest.
  • Must be active to keep updated his/her own work like maintaining tracker sheets, building more databases and pipeline of candidates, and more.
