Your ResponsibilitiesAssist the team with HR operations-related activities like onboarding, documentation, transfers, offboarding etc.Data management and administration work for various internal systems to achieve data integrity.Improve employee experience by supporting HR communications & organizing engagement activities.Research various HR topics and industry-leading practices for HR project.Actively participate and contribute creative ideas to process enhancement, system updates and team activities.Support talent acquisition topics / projects. This might include recruitment marketing or end-to-end recruitmentOther duties as assigned.Your ProfileA background in business administration with a keen interest in Human Resources.Detail-oriented; proactive and willing to take on challenges.Experience in Microsoft office tools/programs are beneficial....
