We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern – Talent Acquisition to support our recruitment team. This internship is a great opportunity for freshers who want hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring processes and real-time HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
Maintain and update candidate data in trackers
Assist in drafting job descriptions and job postings
Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and next steps
Support HR team in recruitment drives and hiring activities
Help with documentation and onboarding formalities
Skills & Requirements:
Graduate / Pursuing graduation in HR, Management, Psychology, or related field
Good communication skills (verbal & written)
Basic understanding of recruitment or HR concepts (preferred)
Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets
Positive attitude and good coordination skills
