Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern – Talent Acquisition to support our recruitment team. This internship is a great opportunity for freshers who want hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring processes and real-time HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases

  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements

  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates

  • Maintain and update candidate data in trackers

  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and job postings

  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and next steps

  • Support HR team in recruitment drives and hiring activities

  • Help with documentation and onboarding formalities

Skills & Requirements:

  • Graduate / Pursuing graduation in HR, Management, Psychology, or related field

  • Good communication skills (verbal & written)

  • Basic understanding of recruitment or HR concepts (preferred)

  • Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks

  • Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets

  • Positive attitude and good coordination skills

Internship Period - 3 Months 
Stipend - 3 k
