**HR Intern - Summer/Fall 2026**
Skanska USA Building, Inc. (Skanska) is looking for a Human Resources Intern this Summer/Fall 2025 This is a temporary part-time position that will be based out of our downtown Tampa office location (400 N. Ashely Dr, Suite 400, Tampa FL, 33602). The HR Intern will report to the FL HR Business Partner (Fredrik Ronning) and will be supervised by HR Manager (Pascal Wilson). The preferred schedule for this position will be two days per week (8 hours per day) for a total of 16 hours per week, with flexibility on selecting those two days.
**The HR Intern will assist primarily with:**
+ Recruitment for entry and mid level roles, including vetting resumes and screening interviews
+ Data entry, inclusive of forms, new hire paperwork & exit documentation
+ Other miscellaneous transactional HR work
