Job Description

Provide administrative and operational support to the HR Team with end-to-end ownership of HR activities. Help in activities in areas like our culture, processes, and tools across onboarding, offboarding, reporting, and administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Support HR programs and initiatives; ensure smooth execution and adoption.
  • Support HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, data/reporting, and HR administration.
  • Address people matters; develop deep business understanding.
  • Assist on Talent Acquisition: sourcing, screening, scheduling to secure top regional candidates.
  • Support Talent Management: development plans and follow-up with HR Team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree recently completed or in final 6 months in HR with relevant responsibilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to handle sensitive/confidential information.
