Mail:-
Intern supports the Human Resources department with administrative tasks, recruitment (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews), onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, and assisting with HR projects, events, payroll, and compliance, gaining practical experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations. Key duties involve data entry, document management, and helping draft communications, while skills needed include MS Office proficiency, organization, communication, and a strong learning attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support: Posting job ads, screening applications, scheduling interviews, sending offer/rejection emails, background checks.
Onboarding/Offboarding: Assisting with new hire paperwork, orientations, and new employee setup.
Data Management: Updating employee databases, maintaining records, ensuring confidentiality.
Administrative Tasks: Filing, data entry, preparing documents (reports, presentations), managing HR calendars.
Employee Support: Responding to staff questions about policies, benefits, and procedures.
HR Projects: Helping with employee engagement activities, training coordination, and HR events.
Typical Skills & Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently graduated in HR, Business, or related field.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with HRIS software (advantageous).
