Intern supports the Human Resources department with administrative tasks, recruitment (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews), onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, and assisting with HR projects, events, payroll, and compliance, gaining practical experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations. Key duties involve data entry, document management, and helping draft communications, while skills needed include MS Office proficiency, organization, communication, and a strong learning attitude. 
Key Responsibilities Recruitment Support: Posting job ads, screening applications, scheduling interviews, sending offer/rejection emails, background checks.
