Job Description

The HR Management area is responsible for acting as an interface between people management topics and the other departments of the company. This area houses all internal consultants who bring the demands from the departments to HR, ensuring that the departments follow the company's guidelines and promoting integration among teams.

The main processes of the area involve performance and career management, conflict management, management of KPIs relevant to internal clients, organizational changes, continuous process improvement, as well as support for programs and actions aimed at employee development and engagement.
