Job Description

  • Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on hiring requirements.

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers

  • Support HR documentation, filing, scanning, and data entry tasks

  • Provide support in planning and organizing company events, welfare activities, and engagement programs.

  • Assist in data cleaning and preparation for audits or management reporting.

  • Participate in HR-related projects such as digitalization, policy updates, or system enhancements.

  • Develop and design artwork, visuals, and creative materials to support corporate events and activities.

Knowledge/Skills Prerequisites Needed for the Project (if any):

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
