Responsibility:
1. Provide recommendations based on analysis of software
2. Design feature implementations
3. Build and modify software and unit tests
4. Estimate the development efforts for the specified new software
5. Provide recommendations based on analysis of existing software
6. Debug, analyze and test problems and solutions
