Job Title: Sr. HR IT Executive (SAP Payroll & OfficeNet)

Job Summary:

Responsible for coordination for HRMS (OfficeNet) & SAP Payroll for day-to-day operations and new developments

Results

Ensure smooth coordination with consultants and IT team for daily operations pertaining to HRMS & SAP

Responsibilities

Major Duties

  • Provide continuous HR IT Help Desk support to SBUs and Functions (Administrator)
  • Regularly coordinate with consultants for testing, bugs and its resolutions-existing and future modules within timelines
  • Analyze and implement system updates provided by SAP / HRMS
  • Driving and implementing new modules and related communications
  • Develop effective mechanisms to handle issues and developments
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating the documentation
  • Review / Evaluation support and performance of Implementation partner / AMS
  • Maintain user manuals and Training to the users
  • Co-ordinate with HR-SPOCs to map business requirements for HR automation and work with the Implementation partner to implement the same

Excellent knowledge of HRMS Coordination (PM, GM & LMS Module) & SAP Payroll

Knowledge of other OfficeNet HRMS

5+ years with implementation

Worked as SAP Payroll or consultant

Qualification:

Essential:

Graduation

Preferred:

SAP Certification
