Job Summary
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management at the school. This includes staff recruitment, onboarding, compliance, payroll coordination, performance management, and fostering a positive and professional work environment that aligns with the school's values and mission.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing
Coordinate recruitment of teaching and non-teaching staff, including advertising roles, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.
Support the leadership team in finalizing hiring decisions.
Ensure background checks, credential verification, and reference checks are completed.
Maintain a recruitment database and talent pipeline.
