ZL Technologies is seeking an HR Lead based in Milpitas CA.  This lead will develop, lead, execute and coordinate the policies and activities, and manage the U.S. and international staff, of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization's mission and talent strategy.  This lead reports directly to the CEO.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily workflow of the HR department.
