Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop, implement, and analyze employee surveys to gather feedback on workplace satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and track employee engagement trends.
  2. Design, plan, and execute employee engagement activities, programs, and initiatives that align with the organization’s goals and culture.
  3. Promote open and transparent communication channels within the organization. Through various recognition programs, recognize and celebrate employee achievements and milestones.
  4. Develop and coordinate wellness initiatives, programs, and activities to support employees’ physical and mental health, including stress management and work-life balance.
  5. Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace by implementing strategies that promote equity, inclusivity, and respect for all employees.
