About the Role

SummitNext Technologies Sdn. Bhd., a BPO and Technology Solutions provider, is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Lead to oversee and manage end‑to‑end human resources operations. The ideal candidate will have strong HR knowledge within a BPO environment , excellent communication skills, and hands‑on experience in visa and work permit processing . Experience in payroll processing and basic accounting knowledge will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day‑to‑day HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and payroll processing.
  • Support hiring needs across BPO operations, ensuring timely and quality manpower delivery.
  • Handle payroll preparation, verification, and coordination, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement.
  • Manage visa, work permit, and employment pass processing for foreign employees.
