About the Role

SummitNext Technologies Sdn. Bhd., a BPO and Technology Solutions provider, is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Lead to oversee and manage end-to-end human resources operations. The ideal candidate will have strong HR knowledge within a BPO environment, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in visa and work permit processing. Experience in payroll processing and basic accounting knowledge will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and payroll processing

  • Support hiring needs across BPO operations, ensuring timely and quality manpower delivery

  • Handle payroll preparation, verification, and coordination, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement
