HR Learning Coordinator Intern/temporary 80-100%

Your Responsibilities

  • Execute tasks for new learning structures, training programs, and system updates
  • Prepare, upload, and validate training data in the LMS
  • Maintain training records and documentation in alignment with compliance and audit requirements
  • Collaborate with Learning Managers to meet project timelines
  • Set up and maintain Learning Items, Curricula, Assignments, Content Objects and training activities
  • Manage user Learning Plans
  • Conduct data quality checks to ensure audit-readiness for inspections (e.g., ISO 13485, MDR audits)
