Training Needs Analysis (TNA) & Capability Mapping

  • Conduct enterprise-wide TNA/TNI using validated tools (skill matrices, questionnaires, FGDs, supervisor inputs, performance data).
  • Build and maintain role-based competency frameworks for manufacturing, R&D, quality, MRO, and leadership roles.

Learning Architecture & Program Design.

  • Deploy structured learning journeys using ADDIE methodology for technical, compliance, and leadership programs.

Blended & Digital Learning Enablement.

  • Optimize blended learning models (classroom, shop-floor OJT, e-learning, microlearning).
  • Manage and continuously enhance LMS utilization, content quality, and learner analytics.
