Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Learning & Organizational Development (OD) Manager who can also take on HR generalist responsibilities . This role will drive employee development initiatives, strengthen organizational culture, and support daily HR operations such as Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, HR Analytics etc.

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Assess training needs and create an annual L&D roadmap.
  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs (technical, leadership, soft skills).
  • Manage external training vendors and coordinate learning sessions.
  • Track training effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement.

Organizational Development (OD)

  • Support culture-building initiatives and employee engagement projects.
