HR Manager (12m FTC)

The HR Manager acts as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior leadership within the distribution center. In this role, you lead complex, company-wide HR initiatives, develop and implement cross-site people solutions, and drive data-driven improvements that strengthen organisational performance.You are accountable for leading and developing a small on-site People team, setting clear priorities, providing coaching and professional guidance, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality HR support. This includes overseeing day-to-day HR operations such as employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, absence management, and compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
