The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources activities to support the schools academic and operational goals. This role ensures compliance with labor laws, manages employee and labor relations, and develops HR programs that support employee engagement, talent growth, and a positive work environment. The HR Manager works closely with school leaders, faculty, and staff to ensure HR policies and practices align with institutional values and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and organizational development.
- Act as the main contact for labor union matters, including collective bargaining agreements and grievance handling.
