We are seeking a strategic, tech-savvy, and business-aligned HR Manager with 4-5 years of<br />
experience, preferably from the service, creative, or event industry. This role requires deep<br />
expertise in HR strategy, team leadership, employee development, and HR technology<br />
systems.<br />

The HR Manager will be responsible for driving organizational effectiveness through structured<br />
HR practices, advanced people analytics, system automation, and robust talent development<br />
frameworks.<br />
<br />
<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br />
<br />
<strong>1. HR Strategy & Business Partnership</strong><br />
<br />
● Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals, growth plans, and organizational culture.<br />
<br />
● Act as a strategic HR business partner to leadership and department heads.<br />
● Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.<br />
<br />
<strong>2. HR Technology & Systems Management</strong><br />
<br />
● Lead implementation and optimization of HRMS platforms (Zoho People, Zoho<br />
<br />
● Automate HR processes including attendance, leave, payroll coordination, performance Recruit, Zoho Payroll, or similar).reviews, and documentation.<br />
<br />
● Maintain accurate HR databases, dashboards, and MIS reports.<br />
● Use HR analytics and reports to support data-driven decision-making.<br />
<br />
<strong>3. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding</strong><br />
<br />
● Design and manage end-to-end recruitment strategies across creative, servicing,<br />
<br />
production, and leadership roles.<br />
<br />
● Build employer branding initiatives across digital platforms and professional networks.<br />
● Ensure structured onboarding and probation review processes.<br />
<br />
<strong>4. Performance Management & Developmental Planning</strong><br />
<br />
● Design and manage performance management systems (KRAs, KPIs, OKRs).<br />
● Create Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and leadership development frameworks.<br />
● Drive training calendars, learning interventions, and capability-building programs.<br />
● Coach managers on performance feedback, PIPs, and career planning.<br />
<br />
<strong>5. Leadership & Team Management</strong><br />
<br />
● Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team.<br />
● Define HR SOPs, workflows, and compliance structures.<br />
● Ensure high service delivery standards across HR operations.<br />
<br />
<strong>6. Employee Relations, Engagement & Culture</strong><br />
<br />
● Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.<br />
<br />
● Design employee engagement initiatives aligned with creative and service-driven culture.<br />
● Build strong internal communication frameworks.<br />
<br />
<strong>7. Compensation, Compliance & Risk Management</strong><br />
<br />
● Oversee compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration.<br />
● Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, audits, and HR governance.<br />
● Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive employee data responsibly.<br />
<br />
<strong>8. HR Analytics & Reporting</strong><br />
<br />
● Track and analyze HR metrics such as attrition, hiring effectiveness, engagement, andproductivity.<br />
<br />
● Present actionable insights and reports to leadership.<br />
● Continuously improve HR processes using data and feedback.<br />
<br />
<strong>Required Qualifications & Experience</strong><br />
<br />
● 4-5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in events, service, hospitality,<br />
<br />
media, or creative agencies.<br />
<br />
● Proven expertise in HR strategy, HR operations, and people development.<br />
● Strong working knowledge of Zoho HRMS (Zoho People, Recruit, Payroll) or similar<br />
<br />
platforms.<br />
<br />
● Advanced knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.<br />
● Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.<br />
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.<br />
● HR certifications (SHRM, HRCI, etc.) are an added advantage.<br />
