Job Description

The HR Manager will be responsible for designing and executing HR strategies that support organizational goals. This role oversees end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in HR operations, preferably from the Design & Build, Interior Fit-Outs, Construction, or Real Estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy & Workforce Planning:

  • Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and best practices aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead manpower planning and ensure timely hiring of skilled and qualified professionals.
  • Drive organizational development initiatives, including succession planning and talent pipelines.
