Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy

  • Definition and monitoring of the
    HR budget
  • Preparation of
    executive presentations
  • Definition and tracking of
    HR KPIs
  • Development of HR policies (
    compensation, promotion, travel, company car
    , etc.)

Performance & Development

  • End-to-end management of the
    performance evaluation system
  • Monitoring and follow-up of
    KPIs for all employees
