About the role
As the HR Manager for Angelico's Pancit Malabon, you will be responsible for driving the company’s human resources strategy and supporting the growth of our thriving business in Central Luzon. We are already present in Bataan (Dinalupihan, Balanga City) and in Olongapo City. We will be expanding to other areas within the region. This full‑time position is a key role within our organization, with a focus on managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee development.
What you’ll be doing
Over all HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and performance management
Partner with Store heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies
