Job Title: HR Manager

Job Scope: The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s internal organizational structure and human resources operations. This role focuses on building a scalable HR foundation from the ground up including grading systems, payroll, and personnel ensuring full compliance with Egyptian Labor Law. The HR Manager will act as a strategic partner to leadership to maximize business performance through efficient organizational development and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Organizational Development (OD):

  • Design, implement, and maintain the company’s Organizational Hierarchy
  • Establish a competitive Compensation & Benefits framework and salary scales.
  • Develop and manage Performance Management systems (KPIs/OKRs) to align with business goals.
  • Create and update comprehensive Job Descriptions for all departments to ensure role clarity.

HR Operations & Payroll:

  • Lead the end-to-end Payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy in salaries, taxes, and deductions.
  • Oversee all Personnel activities, including social insurance, labor office relations, and employee files.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and internal company policies.
  • Draft and implement the internal Employee Handbook and HR policies.
  • Manage attendance, leaves, and employee record-keeping systems.


Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 10–12 years of solid HR experience, with a proven track record in OD
  • Startup Background: Experience in a startup or fast-growth environment is mandatory.
  • Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance, and Payroll systems.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree; HR Diploma or professional certification (SHRM/HRCI) is highly preferred.
  • Leadership: Strong ability to work independently and lead the HR function with minimal supervision.
