HR Manager Role overview
Manage the area of Personnel Administration, Labor Relations and HR Development for the production plant with circa 500 employees in accordance with the policy of the department. of corporate HR and in coordination with Plant Manager.
Main Responsibilities- Implement company HR policies.
- Manage the Labor Relations of the Plants: works council, agreements, negotiation, relations with unions, etc.
- Manage Plant Personnel Administration area: payroll, hiring, personnel data management, dressing codes, presence control; always ensuring compliance with current labor legislation in all these matters.
- Manage the HR development area (training, selection).
- Manage the workforce plan: forecasting hiring, planning for hiring, monitoring, etc.
- Ensure compliance with the Plant Communication Plan.
