Job Description 

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Manager to support HR operations for our IT business in India The ideal candidate will contribute to employee onboarding, HR administration, policy compliance, and employee engagement, helping create a seamless HR experience for tech professionals. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Onboarding 

  • Facilitate joining processes and orientation for new hires specific to Technology Industry 

HR Administration & Records 

  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS. 

  • Ensure HR documentation and files are up-to-date and compliant with company policies. 

Attendance & Leave Management 

  • Track attendance and leave management through HR systems. 

  • Ensure compliance with leave policies and statutory requirements. 

Employee Relations & Support 

  • Act as first point of contact for HR queries from employees. 

  • Support activities to enhance employee engagement, recognition, and retention. 

Policy Implementation & Compliance 

  • Communicate HR policies and ensure enforcement in compliance with Indian labor laws and IT sector best practices. 

  • Assist in HR audits and documentation for internal and external compliance. 

Training & Development Support 

  • Assist in scheduling technical & soft-skill training programs. 

  • Maintain training records and coordinate feedback. 

Skills & Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related  discipline preferred. 

Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR operations (IT industry experience preferred). 

  • Experience working with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday or equivalent) and strong proficiency in MS Office applications 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong organizational ability and confidentiality in handling employee data. 
  • Ability to work within fast-paced IT work environments and with cross-functional teams.
