+8 years of HR experience & +4 years as a Manager within manufacturing companiesExperience managing workforces of over 1,000 employees

A successful HR Manager should have:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field

  • Previous leadership experience in Human Resources within the manufacturing industry

  • Strong conflict resolution and labor negotiation skills
