Job Description

  • Minimum 4+ years of HR experience within Tier 1 or large construction contracting companies.
  • Strong expertise in UAE Labour Law, statutory compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven experience in workforce mobilization, project HR operations, and high-volume manpower management.
  • Ability to oversee onboarding, visa processing, medicals, insurance, and HR documentation compliance.
  • Strong background in employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
  • Experience managing labour camps, welfare standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Capability to monitor HR metrics such as manpower utilization, turnover, absenteeism, and productivity.
  • Proven leadership skills to mentor and manage Site HR and Administration teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across Projects, Commercial, and Leadership teams.
