Job Description
- Minimum 4+ years of HR experience within Tier 1 or large construction contracting companies.
- Strong expertise in UAE Labour Law, statutory compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven experience in workforce mobilization, project HR operations, and high-volume manpower management.
- Ability to oversee onboarding, visa processing, medicals, insurance, and HR documentation compliance.
- Strong background in employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
- Experience managing labour camps, welfare standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Capability to monitor HR metrics such as manpower utilization, turnover, absenteeism, and productivity.
- Proven leadership skills to mentor and manage Site HR and Administration teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across Projects, Commercial, and Leadership teams.
