Position Overview
InterSystems is hiring an experienced and motivated Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all HR activities across our French offices. As one of several European subsidiary offices, this is a key operational role, responsible for implementing compliant, people-focused HR practices aligned with both French labour law and the company’s values as a privately owned U.S.-based organisation.
The HR Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of administrative staff in France, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting site-level coordination. They will collaborate closely with senior leadership and internal stakeholders to oversee employee development, labour relations, facilities support, and employee wellbeing across multiple French locations.
