Our client is a global company focused on technology market, with strong operations across North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.

We are looking for an HR Manager to lead day-to-day People & Culture operations in LATAM, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and a strong employee experience while supporting local leadership and collaborating closely with global HR, Payroll, and Finance teams.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as the main HR partner for LATAM leadership, providing guidance on labor law, risks, employee relations, and HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee daily HR operations, including payroll coordination, benefits administration, compliance with Brazilian legislation/CLAs, and continuous process improvement.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: job descriptions, requisitions, interviews, offers, onboarding, offboarding, and partnering with hiring managers to define workforce needs.
