IN A NUTSHELL
As HR Manager, you will help us translate HR strategy into practice. Together with the team, you will be responsible for the full employee experience at Design Hotels, making sure all people processes run seamlessly and with purpose. You will lead core areas such as payroll, recruitment, and learning & development, while ensuring compliance and consistency across our international offices.
Our HR team currently consists of a Director HR, another HR Manager, an Assistant HR Manager, and an HR Working Student — a small, collaborative group that combines operational precision with genuine care for people and culture.
