Overview

Pedigri Technologies is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function at Pedigri Technologies. You will be a strategic partner to management, responsible for driving HR initiatives, supporting business growth, and fostering a positive culture and employee experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor law, company policies, and Audit
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with business objectives
• Support talent management, learning & development, and organizational development initiatives
