HR Manager Job Description:



HR Manager oversees all people-related functions, from recruiting, hiring, and onboarding to training, performance, benefits, and employee relations, developing policies, ensuring legal compliance, managing compensation, fostering positive culture, and aligning HR strategy with business goals. They act as a liaison between staff and management, handling conflicts, disciplinary actions, and strategic talent management to maximize employee value.

The role must already have prior management experience as an HR Manager, with relevant work

experience, with management experience or similar role and someone who doesn’t have to be

trained too much.
