Rôles et responsabilités

Your main mission as HR Manager for Bourbon Offshore Asia is to ensure the implementation and application of Group HR standards, directives and processes within your perimeter, (onshore & offshore) manage the local HR Team (2 HR coordinators and 1 HR Officer) and support local management with all HR matters.

Your main tasks will be to:

  • Provide HR support to executive and managers in line with corporate and HR strategy (disciplinary procedures, monthly payroll...)
  • Define recruitment needs and ensure the efficiency of ithis process
  • Define training needs within the onshore & offshore perimeter in accordance with the requirements of the strandards.
  • Prepare annual HR budget & implement the salary policy 
  • Prepare & animate the meetings with the social organizations
  • Participate in Group HR Projects
  • Approuve monthly payroll

    • Profil

    Your profile:

  • Masters degree in HR 
  • At least 5 to 8 years' experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of regional HR regulation ( Singapr, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia)
  • Experience in Team Management
