We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Manager/Generalist to join our growing eCommerce team. As the HR lead, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s culture, managing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and overall organizational development. This role requires someone who understands the unique challenges of the eCommerce industry and can drive employee engagement while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:1. Talent Acquisition:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions across the company (from tech, logistics, marketing, customer service, and warehouse roles).
