Job Description
Lead shared services, payroll, onboarding, exits, audits, and documentation.Standardise and streamline HR operations and backend processes.Ensure policy alignment, statutory adherence, and accurate HR documentation.Oversee compliance with labour laws and manage statutory filings and audits.Govern payroll accuracy, benefits, settlements, and risk controls.Manage daily business operations across admin, facilities, and compliance.Oversee recruitment governance, manpower planning, and performance processes.Drive internal controls, audits, risk mitigation, and leadership reporting.The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Manager should have:
10+ years of HR and Operations leadership experience in IndiaStrong knowledge of statutory labour laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practicesProven experience leading multi-location teamsDemonstrated success in strengthening HR governance, payroll controls, and statutory complianceExperience managing business operations, administration, logistics, or facilities is preferredStrong stakeholder management and decision-making capabilityAbility to interpret policies, compensation structures, benefits, and company handbooks with accuracy
