Role Overview
We are looking to hire an experienced HR Manager from the BFSI industry who will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle from entry to exit . The role requires strong expertise in HR operations, employee documentation, HR data management, statutory compliance, and labor laws. Excellent communication and presentation skills are critical, given the nature of our business and stakeholder interactions.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, confirmation, performance management, employee engagement, and exit formalities.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
- Handle employee exits including resignations, full & final settlements, clearance processes, and exit interviews.
Recruitment & Hiring Support
- Coordinate and support hiring activities for open positions across the organization.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and recruitment partners to ensure timely closures.
HR Data Management & Documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR databases, and MIS reports.
- Ensure complete and compliant employee documentation including offer letters, appointment letters, amendments, and policy acknowledgements.
- Manage HR audits and internal data reviews as required.
Statutory Compliance & Labor Laws
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, CLRA, etc.).
- Handle statutory filings, inspections, and liaison with external consultants and authorities.
- Update HR policies and processes in line with legal and regulatory changes, especially BFSI-related compliance norms.
Employee Relations & Policy Management
- Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Implement and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and best practices.
- Support management in driving a positive and compliant workplace culture.
Required Skills & Competencies
- 8 10+ years of experience as an HR Manager in the BFSI industry .
- Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end HR operations (entry to exit) .
- Expertise in HR data management, MIS reporting, and employee documentation.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliances.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.
Educational Qualification
- MBA / Master s degree in HR, Personnel Management, or a related field.
