Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager, based in Gurugram. The HR Manager will oversee employee recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes, manage HR compliance and policies, and spearhead performance management initiatives. The role also includes employee relations, developing and implementing HR strategies, and ensuring organizational compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
