The role requires a strategic HR professional with no direct experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition , but strong expertise in employee lifecycle management, HR operations, compliance, performance management, and organizational development. The incumbent will act as a key partner to leadership, ensuring HR policies, processes, and practices are aligned with business objectives and compliant with statutory requirements.
